Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
